Anzatshilidzi Khorombi is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Milestone Global.  A qualified Technical Metallurgical Engineer, he brings strong technical expertise and operational leadership developed through extensive experience in coal processing, plant operations, metallurgical optimisation, production control, logistics coordination, and industrial performance environments.

His professional background includes hands-on roles in plant management, metallurgical oversight, operational coordination, process troubleshooting, and stockyard management – experience that informs Milestone Global’s performance-driven culture.

Anzatshilidzi’s engineering foundation is complemented by formal business training. He completed the Operations Management Programme through the University of Cape Town and is currently pursuing a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBA) at the University of the Witwatersrand.

This combination of engineering discipline and business strategy enables Milestone Global to deliver integrated solutions supported by both technical precision and strategic direction.

Under his leadership, Milestone Global has evolved into a trusted multi-disciplinary partner delivering mining services, industrial solutions, construction capability, logistics support, and engineering services across multiple sectors.
